How Our RESEND POLICY Works

If you are with one of the following situations, after our confirmation, we will resend you a new package.

 

If the size of the product you received does not fit, please provide a photo of you wearing the jersey for issue confirmation. We will handle the replacement according to the following rules:

**Short-Sleeve Jerseys:**

You only need to pay **$15 for shipping** (if the jersey is customized, an additional customization fee will apply), and we will resend a jersey in your desired size.

**Other Products (Non-Short-Sleeve Jerseys):**

You will need to pay **50% of your paid price**, and we will resend a product in your desired size.

 

If the declared shipment time is more than **60 days** (since you could track the package online), please contact us, and then we will resend you the package at once **for free**.

 

If the package is getting lost or seized by the customs, please provide us a proof about that, and we will resend the package to you **for free** after confirmation — we make sure you will get it.

 

- **Because personalized products are customized just for you, they are not returnable.**

- **Face Covers are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to safety reasons.**

 

When you are on the checkout page, then choose the shipping method, you can see the declared shipment time according to the shipping method. Free shipping and DHL have different declared shipment time.
